Want to make a change? Too many times when we think of interviewing, we
are overwhelmed with the thought of hundreds of questions that the
interviewer might ask us. We become concerned as to what constitutes a
"correct answer." Usually there are no "correct answers." In most
situations, the interviewer is interested in the appropriateness of your
response to a task or situation and/or the process of decision-making. |

Making Statistics Talk for You |
B. J. Hart,
Assistant Director, Registration Services |
It's not as dull as you thought! I hate numbers and math, but I found
that this could be exciting. You may know that your department needs more
funding or staffing, but how do you convince others? Use your department
statistics to show work load and need. We will share what numbers should be
collected, how we collect them, how to do it with little impact on an
already overworked staff, and how to integrate statistics in a written
proposal. Let's have fun talking statistics. |
| 2:45 pm - 3:45 pm |

Join us in discussing strategies that help us build relationships with
other crucial departments and enable us to better serve our students. The
enrollment process consists of multiple departments and involves many unique
situations. Our goal is to problem solve each situation in a timely manner
with as little impact to the student as possible. |
