Want to make a change? Too many times when we think of interviewing, we are overwhelmed with the thought of hundreds of questions that the interviewer might ask us. It's not as dull as you thought! I hate numbers and math, but I found that this could be exciting. You may know that your department needs more funding or staffing, but how do you convince others? Use your department statistics to show work load and need. We will share what numbers should be collected, how we collect them, how to do it with little impact on an already overworked staff, and how to integrate statistics in a written proposal. Let's have fun talking statistics.
